Benefits of Shea Butter + Recipe

Benefits: Shea butter
Unrefined, pure Shea Butter has many health and hair benefits. First, it has many vitamins including Vitamins E & A, which acts as a moisturizer and healing agent. For centuries it has been used in countries such as Africa and Australia to improve both dry skin and dull (dry) hair. Unrefined Shea Butter is suggested over refined because many companies use bleach and other chemicals to alter the appearance of refined shea butter.

Shea Butter is a considered a natural conditioner used for all hair textures as a sealant, styler, heat protectant, and softener of hair. Shea butter is my number one moisturizer.Water is what adds moisture into ones strands but to hold the moisture in a sealant is required; therefore, Shea Butter can be used as a sealant to lock the moisture in. I love it more than any other product that’s on the market. For me, it is my ultimate moisturizer!! So, Are you ready?!!! You can use a wooden spoon or an electric mixture.
