What you will need:

  • 1 cup of unrefined/pure Shea Butter

  • 1 tbsp of JBCO
  • Handheld Electric mixer
  • Ziploc Bag
  • Mixing bowl
  • Lavender essential oil (or other essential oil for scent)
  • Container for storing the mixture

Directions

You will need a mixing bowl bowl. Place the unrefined Shea Butter in the bowl, while adding each oil one by one. Continue mixing. Once all the oils are combined with the Shea Butter, mix for 3 minutes or until “fluffy.” Add the Lavender Essential Oil (or whichever essential oil you prefer) and mix again for another 2 minutes. Finally, scoop the Whipped Shea Butter into a ziplock bag cutting a hole at the tip of the bag while squeezing the mixture into a storage container.
