Fall Looks with Mignon Faget

I love the Fall so much not because of the weather changes (we don’t have real weather changes in Louisiana) but because of the vibes of what Fall is about. Trees turning colors, and most importantly Fall outfits! If you don’t know by now I’m one for breaking the rules with fashion and I love statement pieces to go along with most outfits I wear. So with today’s post it’s no different! I’m wearing white shorts (yes, after Labor Day) and my statement pieces are from a local New Orleans company that has been around for years, Mignon Faget.

I love supporting local companies especially if it’s a jewelry company! These pieces are apart of Mignon Faget’s newest collection called the “Connection Collection.” If you aren’t from NOLA, you may not recognize the bridge architectural design behind both pieces. We have a bridge locally known as the Crescent City Connection, which each piece is inspired after.

Let’s get into it! I love mustard colored anything for Fall. I think that on melanin skin it brings out the warm undertones and just pops, so I definitely love this stretchy top! Can anyone guess where I got it from? If you guessed Ross Dress for Less than you know me girl! Most of my clothes come from Ross because of how inexpensive they are. I believe I paid $10 for this shirt! I ALWAYS go for dangling/statement necklaces anytime I wear high cut shirts because it gives off a nice proportioned look. That’s why I choose the Suspenison Lavaliere by Mignon Faget, it adds the perfect touch to this high cut shirt! Does anybody else think that the sterling silver stands out against the yellow?! I do!

Add some statement Earrings (featured here: Delta Apex Dangles) with a pullback hairstyle to show off your earrings!

Don’t forget to add your jean jacket to the mix to add another layer and it is still Fall so there still may be cooler temps even if we’re still sweating in Louisiana. I hope you’re ready for this season as much as me! And if you love these statement pieces by Mignon Faget make sure you check out their Connection Collection and let them know Kineatra sent you! 😉
